YAMAS - <\/strong> Restri\u00e7\u00f5es para ajustar as nossas atitudes\/forma de ver o mundo (e a n\u00f3s pr\u00f3prios), para que sejam sempre \u00fateis. S\u00e3o 5 Yamas:<\/p><ul><li><em><strong>Ahimsa<\/strong><\/em>: n\u00e3o viol\u00eancia seja ao n\u00edvel das a\u00e7\u00f5es, pensamentos e\/ou palavras contra n\u00f3s pr\u00f3prios\/os outros;<\/li><li><em><strong>Satya:<\/strong><\/em> verdade e honestidade para connosco pr\u00f3prios, nos nossos relacionamentos, para com a nossa comunidade;<\/li><li><em><strong>Asteya<\/strong><\/em>: n\u00e3o roubar, seja objetos, seja a energia ou tempo dos outros;<\/li><li><em><strong>Brahmacharya<\/strong><\/em>: canaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da nossa energia para o autoconhecimento e paz interior (ao inv\u00e9s dos desejos externos);<\/li><li><em><strong>Aparigraha:<\/strong> <\/em>n\u00e3o gan\u00e2ncia, desapego.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a00a331 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a00a331\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>1.
