How does it work?

The purpose of Yoga Psychology Counselling is to create conditions for us to become aware of what our true personal challenges are and to provide tools so that we can autonomously deal with them in a consistent and calm way.

 

If I control my thoughts, I control myself.

And if I control myself, nobody and nothing can control me.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

In this Yoga Psychology Counselling, I will first guide you through a 1st phase of self-awareness and self-diagnosis which takes place in generally in 2 sessions.

This is followed by a 2nd phase (follow-up) which usually takes place after a period of facing day to day situations and is in order to fine tune what was discussed in the 1st phase.

FIRST PHASE OR PHASE OF SELF-AWARENESS AND SELF-DIAGNOSIS

We start this phase with SWADHYAY an introspection process that will allow you to identify your thought patterns and become aware of how they can negatively affect the different areas of your life.

 

Then, with the help of INTEGRATIVE CHAKRA HEALING, you will go into deeper levels of this awareness to identify which is the real problem, the one that is at the origin of all the others and which is usually rooted in one of our 7 Chakras:

BRAHMASAHASTRA:  related to higher reality, spirituality

AJNYA:  related to knowledge, awareness

VISHUDDHI:  related to acceptance, esteem, expression  

ANAHAT:  related to love, compassion

MANIPURA:  related to control, power, authority

SWADHISHTHANA: related to comfort, pleasure

MULADHARA: related to survival, security

During this 1st phase I will help you to discover your real problem and this awareness will transform you.

 

Whatever your problems might have been– non flowing relationships, unsatisfying work, poor health, anxieties or depression, insomnia or migraines, anything! – you will now realise they are just external symptoms of the real problem.

 

By identifying the “real problem”, it is then possible to provide you the practical Yoga tools so that, in day to day life, it is possible to maintain balance and inner peace at all times.

SECOND PHASE OR FOLLOW-UP PHASE

Yoga Psychology Counselling starts with a phase of self-awareness, but the real transformation takes place in “real life” in which, with the help of the right Yoga tools, you will start your own self-healing process and slowly become closer and closer to your Self.

 

Our 1st follow-up session aims at fine tuning the Yoga tools and techniques applied, so that the answers to each of your day to-day problems are dealt with in an autonomous, self-confident and firm way.

 

Additional follow up sessions can be scheduled if you feel any adjustments are necessary.
