Location

Counselling sessions can take place by Zoom, or at my home in Zambujeiras, São Luís or in Cercal do Alentejo.

Exchange Values

First Phase (self-awareness and self-diagnosis)

2 sessions, 60€/session.

Second Phase (follow-up)

1st session: €60

Yoga Psychology Counselling Package

* Includes: 2 self-awareness sessions plus 1 follow up: 150€

Further follow-up sessions: €50
