Location

Counselling sessions can take place either in the comfort of your home by Zoom, or in Cercal do Alentejo at Ayurveda – Monte da Bela Vista.

Exchange Values

First Phase (self-awareness and self-diagnosis)

1-2 sessions, 50€/session.

Second Phase (follow-up)

1st session: €50

Yoga Psychology Counselling Package

* Includes: 2 self-awareness sessions plus 1 follow up: 130€

Further follow-up sessions: €40
